What happened to GC´s ´secret´ unannounced thing for 5.3

Couple months ago, GC mentioned that there was an unannounced feature coming in 5.3 that he was excited about. There were some hints.. the first is that a lot of people would go ´meh´ when it was finally announced. The second hint was that it would add a lot of content for some players.

Did I miss where it was announced, or cancelled? The general consensus is that it was going to be the ability to queue to do lower level dungeons and get scaled down..

I was going to say possibly the new brawler's guild bosses, but thats not a new feature just expansion on an existing feature.

M'yes. A new feature to be sure. You queue for a dungeon and do the new emote /finger which automatically flips off every mob in the instance... thus taunting them all to you for an epic showdown of death. *Nods*

nothing happened since the special feature was announced for 5.4

I'd guess it will be released in 5.5 to keep people subbing for the 6+ months until 6.0 is released.

I'd also guess it's a downlevelling feature which would open up a massive amount of dungeons to spam and increase the number of people rolling alts.

Blizzard's big announcements for these type of things more or less always tend to be things that completely change the game's formula in a specific area or make an existing feature more prominent and fleshed out.

Can you imagine if we went back to not having Transmog? The mismatched sets... dear lawd. *cringes*
