    Looks like this was on door #3, given the cleanse, so he wasn't enraged.

    Melee damage looks high...Did you have ShotR up? Dire call always goes out with a TP, so you NEED to cover that with a ShotR (and I'd throw in DivProt for good measure while you're learning it). Otherwise, that'll happen.

    The boss hits REALLY hard but the only thing you can do is to get used to the boss timings and use cds for melee+puncture+dire call combos (i always get it on the 4th door for example). You really shouldn't die to horridon's attacks before he gets into rampage (ever), and once he does, it's all about chaining cds properly.

    Dire Call and Triple Puncture lined up, no cooldown used (can easily tell, dire call hit for 191k), not even Shield of the Righteous. It's not a fault of encounter design, it's a fault of not using an ability to counter a timer lineup that could have been seen 10+ seconds in advance.

    basically this, you always want a cooldown for when stuff like that lines up.

    Also I pray for you once he enrages.

    Line up a ShotR, combine that with glyphed Divine Protection for good measure and laugh at his pitiful 250k damage.

    Heroic is no joke. Do it perfect or don't do it.

    Seems to be a problem I've been noticing with the increase in Prot Pally popularity. They go so balls deep into stacking haste for more SotR uptime that they forget that 80% uptime doesn't matter if a big damage ability lands in the 2 second window that it's down (numbers made up to illustrate point, I have no idea what exact numbers are like right now). It leads to a lot of 100-0 scenarios with a lot of "omfg how did a tank get hit that hard" moments.

    I am confused here. Was Warmaster ever hard in the way that he one shotted the tank? I have no memory of that. The only problem we had was lack of dps. Gotta admit that I kinda slacked in DS, I was not raiding full time and stopped playing after my guild got 7/8 HC in 25 man, but think we got warmaster down before 5%.

    Just dont understand the comparison.

    Also heroic is heroic. Time your CDs and AM or go home. Nothing more to it. If you get a dire call + tripple punc at the same time (timers will tell you this), prepare for it. Nobody to blame about the death but yourself.
