Leveling 85-90 in 5.3

I was wondering if the change to the amount of xp needed to level from 85-90 is 33% each level? No one has been able to answer my question on the WoW forums =/

In other words, yes, both the amount of XP required per level and the overall amount 85-90 has been reduced by 33%.
