Pretty much. I see everyone still stacking mastery, and their stat priority is crit.

I've been trying out mastery for arena and spirit for RBGs, so far I still like mastery for both.

Int > Mastery > spirit, it's that simple. They nerfed our mastery a little bit, but it's still awesome with the more healing we do in 5.3

Reforge everything into mastery, and leave mastery alone.

Gems are Red = int, yellow = artful orange (80 int 160 mastery), blue = either Mysterious purple (80 int 80 pvp power) or Purified purple (80 int 160 spirit)

Enchants are pretty basic, there isn't much there. I like burst of light to kite melee so I use pandaren step whenever it isn't up.
