LFR + non-LFR tier items, how do they compute? (shadow priest)

I've been very, very unlucky regarding tier drops, I was only able to get LFR tier head and normal raid tier gloves: I'm looking at the BiS list on L2P (5.3 + LMG) and I'm not sure what's the real PP value when mixing an lfr with a non-lfr for the bonus. Not sure if I'm supposed to upgrade the lfr head, or the normal gloves... Anyone can lure me in the right direction?

The tier bonuses stay the same regardless of itemlevel.

Upgrade the piece you are going to wear longer.
