Raptr commands not working in game?

Whenever i play games i cant bring up raptr at all. Its still set to control tab, but it wont work. I made sure, and it is set to work in game. I cant find a fix for this anywhere, and ive been through pages of google search. Anyone know how to fix it?

I wish I could help you but raptr has been really buggy for me as well and it has been crashing a lot too
