agreed, as much as people are still trying to argue sargeras vs anything PLEASE please remember that there IS a power difference between the two franchises, in terms of how dangerous things are warcraft is about on par with warhammer fantasy which has its forces of chaos toned WAY down from 40k. also on the argument of sargeras supposedly being immune to all magic...no..just no..consider for a moment the fact that if he were truly immune to all magic no titans would be able to oppose him, the ones that aren't masters of some magical weapon would be useless and the ones that are are canonically considered weaker fighters than him anyway. now remember that the RPG books are not considered canon so what you read from them is NOT a garunteed power he has. now broxigar, a mortal, was able to wound him with a magical weapon, then others were able to attack the wound via magic (so how is that magic immunity?). not saying he isn't powerful..but he's powerful by warcraft standards where an immortal race of star travelers are considered the big gods of the setting (off topic note: immortal does NOT mean invincible, it means you don't die of aging, curse highlander for making people forget that.) whereas warhammer's version of titans is closer to the emperor, the eldar gods, and greater daemons or daemon princes.

Also Drhizzle you seem to have some unresonable hatred toward 4chan, given that you keep invoking it (wonder if it has something to do with most boards banning MLP shit on them), but seriously why so angry they are just group of fans.

It's fine in its place, but there are a ridiculous number of memes that come out of there with only a passing resemblance to 40k lore, and people keep trotting them out as if they're canon. It's like trying to discuss Star Wars with people who have only seen Space Balls.

And saying that alpharius would like anything about ultramarines is a little controversial given the fact that rawbutt and his smurfs are the reason he joined heresy.

I hate to break it to you but 4Chan has never been a good source for anything, and their mangling of the 40k lore is pretty hideous. Pretty much everything they write makes the Warhammer worlds look less like towering edifices of grim-dark and more like, well, the pervy teenage crap you expect from 4Chan.

/TG/ hasn't been too bad about mangling the lore... Sure they made some um, colorful chapters, but they're not broken.

it's kind of a situation where the lore went from having no necrons that retain personality except for pariahs and perhaps necron lords with the ctan being star gods who could crush armies for fun....to mat ward suddenly deciding all necrons have free will and personality and a sense of honor and personal biases and ctan are suddenly fractured creatures used as hyper powerful slaves of the necrons...it's a complete reversal because he decided that it was too difficult to think of lore for a race that has very few actually usable personalities.....as someone who liked them before I really don't get why they couldn't have added the new units and perhaps given some measure of personality to the new leader units WITHOUT having to completely wreck the pre-existing lore.

Let's look at other achievments of girlyman shall we ?
1- He is the most hated primarch ever, not even horus after he was made warmaster was so hated (since he had fulgrim,lorgar, alpharius and sanguinus actively supporting him). Aside from dorn all primarchs hate him with exeption of dorn who thank god got killed by world eaters. Even loyalists hate him with corax spitting in his face and vulcanus and russ being totally feed up with his shit.
2- Creating rifts between primarchs leading to hostilities that resulted in horus heresy. Perhaps he shouldnt be such a jerk to alpharius. And pert. And angron. And lorgar. And resto of them.
3- Writing codex astartes, book that is commonly used as source of toilet paper. Great book that generally does nothing but handicap combat tactics of legions that decide to use it (right white scars ?) Hell even in space marine (the game) its shown that codex is smoldering pile of shit.
4- Chasing alpharius across galaxy. Then getting killed and replaced by him.
5- Getting killed 2nd time, this time by fulgrim.
6- Being bitch
7- Failing to protect emperor
8- Molesting marines of other chapters
9- Being matt wards waifu.
So yeah he is cool character, we should celebrate his birthday in warp. Without him horus heresy wouldnt be possible.

Also its funny that "beaten up" traitors still have 8 primarchs confirmed to be alive while, loyalist have only 1. Guess joining chaos wasnt bad decision at all.

Except we don't actually know that. In fact, can't know that. We have no way of comparing the two and determining which is stronger or weaker. WH40k might have bigger threats compared to, say, a human. But we have no idea how strong WH40k humans are compared to WC humans, so that's worthless.

You're merely assuming that WC is roughly equivalent to WH fantasy based on absolutely nothing.

Since they're from to entirely separate universes, which might not even follow the same rules(that is, rules of physics), anything here is conjecture.
It's just as likely that one side can completely annihilate the other as it is that they are evenly matched or even incapable of affecting each other. And that's assuming they're even capable of existing in the same space.

There may be a power difference, but we can't quantify or even just qualify it.
