Ok, just a brief reminder, this isn't another "What character will appear at Siege of Orgrimmar", but rather what organisations will appear.

Alliance and Horde are a no-brainer of course.

Since we know by now that heart of Old God, Y'shaarj was found and is being transported to Orgrimmar as we speak... if it's not there already;
Lorewalker Cho said that he'll warn the Shado-Pan about it.

And speaking of Y'shaarj, once the Mantid and/or Klaxxi get wind of their master's existance, they will likely come to hi aid.

Unless We somehow Move from Ogrimmar to Pandaria During the raid, A la Dragon Soul Airship style, The Shado-pan and Mantid wont be Seen at all. Taran Zhu wants nothing to do with the Rest of the World and the Mantid are probably in Disarray after the Death of the Empress. Would be Cool though if we did Get "pulled Back" to Pandaria during the raid. Like we find where Garrosh has Stored the Remains of Y'shaarj and it opens a Portal back to Pandaria to Reclaim the rest of its Body to rebuilt itself.

Well, seems I was right. Klaxxi WILL be involved in Siege.

And probably Shado-pan as well, because we have a Golden Lotus involvment.
