Been away a week so only just seen these changes. Im guessing that stampede change wasa nerf and the blink strikes doesnt change and the arcane and cobra / steady shot was a buff. anyone kbnow if it was an overall buff or nerf
It's an overall buff but a great nerf to burst. The blink strikes change is also a nerf for target switching fights with the 20 secs icd.
