Is there a similar site that would list and detail spells & abilities from older xpacs?

I think WoWpedia has removed spells, bit hard because you have to know what they are to search them (or go to the category marked "Removed abilities" or such).

Wowvault has all the old talents as well.

On wowpedia, if you go to each class own page. Near the bottom there will be a link showing it's specific patch history as well.
