the "weapon" is probably not a real weapon, but the power o y'shaarj or something like that.

He doesn't even have any good looking armor, its just some leather crap, exposed chest, and shoulders he made from his dads kill. His shoulders are the only thing he has thats worth anything.
Hell, Arthas has at least a full set, the helm, shoulders, even his boots looked awesome.

Then again, Garrosh has allowed himself to be corrupted by smurf diarrhea, and what looks like his armor fusing with his body, so odds are your not be getting any of that.
