account locked when trying to log on ptr

hi , sry if im posting in the wrong forum

i was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem , cause it seems blizz cant answer this...
anywayz whenever i try to login on EU ptr i get my account locked due to suspicious activity .

any ideas on how to fix this thing ?

had the same problem. I started the launcher, then chose from the options on the upper left to play on the ptr. when it said I had to change my password I did, confirmed via email and now it is working on both, live and ptr.
