Skyrim legendary edition question :)

Quick question I hope someone can answer

Does the legendary edition come with the DLC on the disc?
Reason why is I bought DLC on an Australian console, but had an American disc (cheaper)and the DLC didn't work due to different regions (this was for AC3) however if its on the disc it should work, as I've got ES oblivion game of the year and it works
