[H] Excision - Laughing Skull - 10M Casual - Need 2 Heal/1 Tank NOW

Greetings.

Excision is a 10 man casual/semi raiding team on Laughing Skull - We've got a solid group of DPS that are competitive in numbers, excel in skill positions and continue to demonstrate raid awareness, day in and day out. We've had an extremely bad string of luck keeping a core group together. Most of us are older players and have real life conflicts that arise here and there. Seems to have affected our healers more often, which has seriously crippled our progression this tier.

What we're looking for:

(2x) Healer(s) in preference: Disc>Druid>Pally>Monk

(1x) Tank in preference: BM Monk>Bear Tank>Blood DK>Prot Pally

Like I said before, we're a casual group that have been raiding together for a long time. We're very focused on clearing content, but not at the expense of turning the game into another job. We shoot the shit, talk trash (respectfully) and are competitive at numbers without ignoring mechanics.
