Boss kill = random drop... really?

I'd like to share something wonderful that happened tonight: for the fourth week in a row, not ONE conqueror tier token dropped from our 10N ToT. That's 16 drops in a row, dropping anything but conqueror... does that happen often? Am I right to be kinda pissed? I trully didn't get ANY upgrade (for my main spec) in a full month of raiding! Plus, 5 weeks of collecting runestones, I only got 6!? My god, I got another month and a half to collect 1 per week?

RNG is not truly RNG, it's based on something. For normal computers it's usually based on your clock, or some internal setting. So there's a constant that you keep doing that causes the token not to drop. Or you're just plain unlucky /shrug
