Usually nothing, last time i had 2 and 3 min. queues on two ToT wings. As dps.

Depends. Sometimes dailies, sometimes listen to podcasts, sometimes alt+tab and do something else.

I turn on 'sound in background', fly to somewhere isolated, turn game sounds to 25% higher than I currently have it and tab out and fuck around on youtube. Computers slow, but not too slow that i can't hear the BA DUN DAAA and tab back in and accept the queue!

I queue regularly with a healer friend. I highly recommend it. We talk in the usually-less-than-a-minute queue.

I generally spend my time running through dailies, collect Key on Isle of Thunder and kill Nalak.
When all that is done, i just alt+tab and do random crap.

I'm waiting as I write this. I'm actually spending some time trying to catch the tiny red carp. Darn thing won't pop up. But, I only queue for the final two ToT wings every week, so I don't exactly fish for it often, but still, it's so boring.

pet battles (still need the fire and water spirit)
since my queue time as DPS can vary anywhere between 15-45 mins I can easily fit in a single run of some of the 5 mans (reg/heroic) for mount drops
gathering ore for my BS CD and/or Alchemy transmutes
Zandalari warbringers/scouts
rare spawns

Alt tabbing to;
facebook
watching tv shows
mmo-champ (like i am right now)

I queue as healer or dps and frequently get in as dps. Still a 30 minutes wait. :<
