Tier 15 4set worth it? (dps)

Since http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/...Bonuses/page20 got locked when I wanted to know if it was worth it or not I guess I'll have to make a seperate thread?

At the moment I'm having the choice to drop Twins plate helm and Tortos shoulders for the 2 tier parts, this will bring me to 4set bonus (other parts being chest+gloves).
While the non-tier pieces have way better stats I'm wondering if it's worth changing them for these tier parts since I'll get way too much hit and extra mastery but I'll lose crit, haste and also a strenght socket bonus of 180.

I usually play UH for most encounters except for 2-3.

4p is ahead by 50 dps. Yes 50. But dropping two piece and grabbing only the tier chest and shoulders are recommended which has your aoe pulling about 8k more? (If I remember Mendenbarr's post) and that means you must have Radens gearto make up for it if im not mistaken.

It depends on your gear , and what you mean by worth it.

For aoe, use the highest ilvl pieces (tier or non tier) with the best stats because the 4 piece is only a single target boost.

For single target, 4 piece is apparently 50 dps above using heroic TF gear in the offset spots.

However this is only in bis gear. Sim your options and decide yourself while keeping in mind that while single target may be lower, it is only single target.
