When is there going to be 4+ different Versions of Battle Pets/Mounts etc?

We are going to have 4 Versions of the exact same gear gear with different COLORS. WOOT exciting

When can we have 4 different colors of invincible Reins? Or mimrons head....

I pay $15 a month so why should Heroic Raiders get to feel special. If I want the Tier set thats darker red but mine is just red for transmog I should be able to buy it....

I can only play 1 hour a week , but that doesn't make my money any less value as Mr.Heroic. If they get exclusive content we should be able to get it on the blizz store or something...
