Heroic boss kills Removed from meta achievement!?

This is stupid, why would you do something like this? This...this, takes away even more from heroic raids. Certaintly it can't impact heroic progress, since they can just do it the same week, on the new flex system, since it shares a seperate lockout...

The special of the glory mount was removed long ago when it wasn't removed anymore why you even give a shit is beyond me since everyone in the next tier expansion is going to have it. Now the 100% special mount is what you should be going for as should every top tier raider has always been for.

Heroic raiders won't give a shit about the meta mount when they get their Garrosh heroic one, I think it's a good move and will attract a shit ton of people to the new Flexi raid.

Their post sums up my feelings exactly. I hated jumping through hoops for the achievements once everything was on farm. I felt it was a mistake for them to remove the 100% mounts from the formula as well, glad they are putting them back in.

Nothing was challenging about the glory meta at all. It's only challenging insofar as getting it during the content is released. It's not a slap in the face to heroic raiders as they were never exclusive, at least not for long. They never required end tier boss kills (which are typically more difficult) and most people just get them late in an expansion cycle or the next expansion when you can 5 man content.

This shifts incentives downwards sure, but they put something at the top again. It's a win for me and others because the last thing I enjoyed doing was stupid achievements and forgo a few weeks of farm content just so we could get achievement points/mounts for people. Doing some of them on heroic is just flat out annoying.

Good, definitely a step in the right direction towards removing heroic modes and their silly bonuses entirely. Makes it much better for everyone except the 1% who care about such things.

Glory mounts have always been kinda meh for me, there cool, but not the end all be all.

Realm's at 8/13. Its in the middle of US realm progression, so theres over a hundred that will barely get the Cutting Edge: Lei Shen. Ah, well, maybe I can buy heroic garrosh mount if SoO is CRZ enabled?

This will end up turning the proto drake from the SOO achievement into the new bronze drake lol....

Garrosh will be dropping a heroic only mount and they wont be having the traditional stacking % nerf, bads wont get the same mount as you.

I don't see how this is bad for hc raiders, I like this a lot. People who don't do hc raids can get that meta mount, hc raiders can pick up the HC only mount from Garrosh.

not all casual players are bad. just bad players that say they're bad because they are casual. most the bad players wont be able to handle the achievement anyway, unless they go full out simple

As far as I can tell, the people who oppose this just don't want people who can't/won't clear full heroic to get anything.
