Cant connect to steam

I never use Steam, Ive had an account for years and I only use it some times. Anyways

Lately I cant connect to steam, has been like this for a few months. Ive tried to repair, uninstall>reinstall. Nothing works. It just gives me "Steam cannot connect to the network, check your internet connection bla bla bla" and its not my internet, thats for sure.

Any tips? Thanks in advance
