How to fix H twins logs?

Apparently, H twins logs always come out as invalid or numbers seem screwed . Anyone knows now to fix it such that it logs properly?

The only reason I can think of is that the person doing the logs goes inside to do the puzzles. Happened the same for us once

Edit: Just read that it was Heroic mode, kinda sleepy. Not sure how the fight is in Heroic since I haven't reached it yet, but this may be one of the reasons anyway

This, we're not doing H twins yet but I do both the puzzles and logs and all of our kills thus far have been invalid. Casual guild though so none in it care.

This is true. Our puzzle guy is the logger.. This explains.
