Where is that mask?

Few months ago i saw on the main page a helm item (actually more like a mask) which has frosty jaws it was really super cool looking but i dont remember if the source or info was given about it? What was that about? Where is it now? Any infos? Checked youtube for it i remember very good that it was uploaded by mmo-champ cant find it now.
