Building a new comp in Canadia

    Hello folks,

I would like to build a new comp but I don't really know where to begin. I was gonna get a dolphin build Chaud did but then turns out amazon.com doesn't ship where I live

I am not comfortable enough with computers to know what goes with what hence why I am here today.

I am looking for a comp to play some wow and alot of starcraft2.

    I want a SSD.

I don't have budget restrictions, but I am looking for the best value for my money, just so you guys know where to begin, let's say between 750-1k ish for the tower.

Unless really good deal I don't need a monitor and I might be looking to upgrade my headphones, once again if theres a good deal.

    I have keyboard/mouse.

I live in canada as stated above.

    Thanks for helping me!

NCIX and newegg.ca both ship to Canada (NCIX is a Canadian company I believe)

Do you need an operating system?

I'll assume not, in which case here's the best build I could assemble for the money. All Canadian stores

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

    CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K ($239.99 @ NCIX)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO ($28.79 @ DirectCanada)
    Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Pro3 ($104.99 @ NCIX)
Memory: Mushkin Blackline 8GB ($66.99 @ Canada Computers)
    SSD: Samsung 840 Series 120GB ($98.98 @ NCIX)
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB ($68.58 @ DirectCanada)
Video Card: Asus Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition ($219.99 @ Memory Express)
Case: Fractal Design Core 3000 ($69.99 @ NCIX)
Power Supply: Corsair CX 500M ($65.99 @ Newegg Canada)
    Total: $964.29
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Let me know if you want to get it below $800, might have to cut-down the HDD to 500GB, card could come down to an HD7850, PSU could be non-modular, case could be cheaper, etc.
Keep in mind that WoW + SC2 will eat a huge chunk of the 120GB SSD.

Hmmm prices are a bit wonky in Canada compared to US o_O
