I was just wondering, the cover at the new book World of Warcraft Tribe Art Book, Isn't the guy on the front the blademaster of Warcraft 3?
And if so, he isn't ingame yet or is he?

Well, he isn't ingame. But all of those characters are basically just "normal" WC3 heroes. Of course all of them except for the Blademaster were also unique Heroes (Uther, Maiev, Muradin, Arthas, Kel'thuzad, Illidan and Cairne).
So either we will see him ingame soon, or those are just "normal" WC3 hero units. xD
There are blademasters in the game just very few as most of the clan are corrupt. Mankrik is the most famous one, and more recently Garrosh's little pet Ishi.
"Terror, darkness, power? The Forsaken crave not these things; the Forsaken ARE these things."
They are ingame, but don't have the unique Blademaster model. Most other characters seen here have a model that at least looks like the WC3 hero (with the exception of a mounted Arthas - but the mounted DKs do look like him, Baron Rivendare for example).
it is fanart so just thing to do white Warcraft and wow is a trademark it used on the bogs to even if they are set in per wow time.
