New PC - would this work?

Hey ppl I'm about to buy a new pc and i found what i would think is a very nice setup. But since im not That into the hardware side of things i wanted to hear ur opinion
Keep in mind i'm gonna use this pc for
    1. Gaming, newest games on as high settings as possible
    2. 3D work, meaning 3D modeling, animation and rendering.

    Heres the setup:

Corsair Carbide 300R Midi Tower OEM
    Corsair TX 750W PSU
    Intel Core i5-4670K Processor
Cooler Master Seidon 120M Køler BULK
    MSI Z87-G43, Socket-1150
    Kingston DDR3 HyperX Beast 32GB
Gainward GeForce GTX 770 2GB PhysX CUDA
    Seagate Barracuda® 2TB
    Lite-On Blu-Ray Writer iHBS112

So.. is this overkill? is the case big enough for the PSU? etc..

1)If you are doing serious 3D Design and not just photoshop to goof around then i would suggest an i7 4770K instead of the 4670K, the hyperthreading helps, again this is if you are being serious aka work related and not a hobby.

2)I would suggest a better motherboard, that one isnt bad but its the low end of MSI, try a GD55 and above, generally look for more medium-end motherboards for quality/future overclocking.

3)32GB is overkill, but well if you have the money, be my guest, save money and just put 16GB.

    4)Get a SSD, Samsung 840 120GB (Non-pro) is more than enough.

5)Try the 400R instead of the 300R, its a few bucks more and slightly "overall" better, same goes for the 500R obviously since it has the side cooler and everything, its all up to you.

6)Your PSU is overkill but i would keep it anyway, its 100% safe with Haswell and its a very strong one, still overkill, a 550W would suit you, again if you wanna save money change it, otherwise keep it.

Yeap, better apart from the PSU, thats a budget brand according to a quick google search, i dont know it so i would still prefer the previous one, Corsair TX versions are strong.

Dont forget the SSD, a PC of that caliber nowadays must have one , the HDD's just hinder it insanely.

already have a 256gb SSD i plan to put into it the HDD is mainly cos all the 3D stuff used an insane amount of space. Will replace the PSU then
Is the MoBo good enough now?
Thanks for the great replies btw potis

Assuming ASUS hasnt changed their ways then yes, the Mobo is amazing, it was always a cheap high-end solution over the maximum ones, so hopefully they kept the trend of awesomeness, someone else could verify.

This is always to make sure you might wanna overclock in the future or now,a strong mobo is needed over anything

Well that explains the lack of SSD and yes, the Corsair TX should be better than whatever that one is xD Quick review showed it as an okay one but not as good, better be safe than sorry.

Motherboard is a complete waste of money, as sabertooths always are. They're great boards but they're not worth their price tag.
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

put a gigabyte 770 instead of the gainward for the windforce cooler.

    h100i for better overclock potential.

    cheaper ram.

better PSU. normally i'd recommend a 550w xfx but the 650 was only ~$20 more and i figured some headroom wouldn't hurt.

Lastly, cheaper motherboard. as i said the sabertooth is not really worth the cost and, to be honest, you don't need an expensive motherboard whatsoever. especially not with Haswell as the VRM is on-die.
