"After the destruction of the Vale in 5.4, General Tamuja moved to a large mogu encampment, just south of the Ruins of Guo-Lai. He patrols around the camp with 2 Saurok bodyguards."

Like all/most of the mobs on One Man Army, he's tagged as a rare.

Also, there have been conflicting reports as to whether he spawns post 5.3, ever since the Horde excavation has taken place in the Vale.
