Stealth arena nerf to PW:S?

usually my shields in the arena are around 100k, today they are around 60k max.
i mean i can't be imagining i used to do 100k shields before today's patch and i haven't changed anything gear wise...
can anyone try online and confirm?

Cast outside of combat Shields aren't penalized by Battle Fatigue while suffering from the reduction during combat. Add the ability for PW: S to crit... yeah you can see 4 separate average numbers.

the number I'm talking about in both cases is before combat inside the arena.
