Umm what? As nice as it might look doesn't blizzard think that's gonna be a little broken? Yes PTR is PTR so anything can change. It still seems crazy OP to me. That's almost as good UVLS just based on the crit. The rest will nearly double our dps for 20 seconds, even more as Affliction. I'd understand ~20% but 84% is just unheard of.

Please tell me this isn't a real thing lol.
