    Upgrading most components - thoughts?

Hello all. I'm just looking for thoughts on my current plan to upgrade my 4 year old PC. I use my PC mainly for gaming and internet browsing, not much more. I play Neverwinter, Call of Duty, and am looking forward to FFIV:ARR and Elder Scrolls Online.

Currently, I have a Dell XPS and I am planning to replace these parts:
    Intell Quad Core Q6600
Whatever old Mobo is in there now
    nVidia GTS 450
    4GB RAM
    Windows Vista 32 bit

    With these parts:
Intel Core i5-4670K Haswell 3.4GHz LGA 1150 84W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics
GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-UD3H LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS (Combo CPU/Mobo - $340)
GIGABYTE GV-N660OC-2GD GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card ($190+free game)
    CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory ($70)
    Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit - OEM ($100)

So, that's about $700 worth of upgrade.

Here's what I am keeping from my current machine:
    128GB SSD
    Dell 750W PSU
    DVD Drive
    500GB HDD

As for budget, I would like to keep it under $900 and really just don't want to spend money on small gains that I don't need or won't notice.

    Appreciate any thoughts.

I would spring for at least a HD7870 XT or a HD7950 as a GPU.
