Maybe if they didn't have a separate currency for each dungeon. :P

A currency for every dungeon. Gold, gems, karma, laurels, pvp currencies, seasonal currencies, guild influence, guild merits...

And I'm sure I missed something somewhere.

The game does love it's currencies, but they really haven't figured out how to control the rate of acquisition/ disposition, so you either are starving, or sitting on hundreds of karma jugs with nothing to get. It'd be nice if there was a conversion method between some of them.

Well, you can convert karma to gold now. And badges to gold. Laurels to gold. (basically just everything to gold I guess!)

What else would you spend your karma on if you have already gotten everything you need from it? The boxes do provide a way to use the excess karma.

Really? It's only the best Karma/Gold conversion rate in the game, unless you're doing it completely wrong. (And doing it right is much easier right now!)

That's pretty much it unless you get a rare mini pet. But...you can't get anything else really for Karma that you can get gold out of, at least in a direct way.

The junk can be quite valuable. It is random which is a pain but I have had a stint where I maybe made 5g off 200k Karma and the last time I made about 20g off 250k Karma with a few pets to show for it. The junk probably sold for 5g on it's own.

I tried Orrian boxes and like everything else RNG-based I came away feeling like it wasn't worth it. I'd rather hoard my karma in case they ever do something worthwhile with the currency.

The trick for Orrian boxes is turn on every Karma booster you have and just cycle through them, I make a good chunk of gold everytime.

Yes. I normally wait for a karma bonfire then eat some karma food, get a karma banner and ask the guild to pop the karma boost there. If you start with 400k Karma, you will probably have about 300k+ after your first run through. That's if you drink the karma jugs left over with the boosts still up.
