The KJC nerf wasn't confirmed, it was datamined, locks freaked out, so they changed it. They didn't wait till it hit live. That's the whole point. We need to bitch now so they know to change it. These companies are starting to seem like little brats that keep pushing to see how much they can get away with.

It's also probably worth noting that it has a vendor price, which is unusual for a cash-bought item.

I'd imagine it's something more like the old cold-weather flying tome, where if you have a 90, you can buy it from an in game store (i.e. with gold) to make leveling alts in Pandaria faster.
In fact, I'd assume since Blizzard knows selling XP items would be controversial, and since Blizzard knows people data-mine items as soon as they're patched in, that the note on the item was added on purpose to stop people from thinking it'd be sold in the cash-store.

Its most likely from rated BG's, like the previous vicious war mounts. Faction specificness makes this even more likely (And the name also implies it)

As I said before: The elixir requires level 85. It's just for Pandaria.

The leveling bonus elixir requires a level of 85.

TLDR... how the heck can it get shorter...

YOU HAVE TO BE LEVEL 85 TO USE THE ELIXIR THAT GRANTS 50% BONUS.

I think that's something all of my friends and myself will greatly appreciate, as to me that is the most boring hurdle during the level up process right now.

With the new Conductivity, will shamans be able to have multiple Healing Rains out, or are we limited to one Healing Rain only? Or will the increased duration only apply to one single Healing Rain?

If we can, it would be an absurd talent for static fights like Ultraxion. Just keep spamming Healing Rain on cooldown and when you're satisfied with the amount of healing, spam cheap Healing Waves to keep em up for the remainder of the fight. /drool
