No, in WoW things are only "just out" if it was in the most recent patch, which it isn't, by far, It's new yes, but it's not "just out" as you first put it, implying it was in a recent update.

That doesn't imply to MoP. We get new patches every 2 months.

Garrosh HM don't drop a wolf, we don't know what he drops. It's the garrosh normal 5.4 achiev who give a wolf. And IMO this mount can be a son of gallion or onyx celestial cloud serpent like mount, droping on the 4 celestials.

i too can see it dropping from either ordos (W/e his name is) or the 4 celestials or something, up to now every world boss drops a mount

Storm Crows, in the context of Warcraft 3, are the form that Druids of the Talon took. If you look at its back/wings, there's nowhere a player could really sit if it was a rideable mount.

I'll put 1k gold saying that it's a new Druid form. Maybe Green Fire type perk.

The theme of this mount doesn't fit anywhere at all in this new Raid. Raiders will get the Wolf and Galakras. PvPers will get the Vicious Saber and Skeletal Horse.

I think the Bloodwing Bat mount was pretty successful and this will be another hot item to sell in the Store.

druids have gotten tons of stuff both this expansion and last expansion and in fact all throughout wow.

Every class gets tons of stuff every expansion, smartass. And sometimes one class gets something special. Like rogues in Dragon Soul, and warlocks in Throne of Thunder.

It is nothing like the Dark Phoenix. You're probably thinking that because the color scheme looks similar. The crow is a new mount model though, as it's literally the bird skeleton. The model itself is also unique and new.



In short: people mixing the words up again and calling it a rehash. A rehash would be a minor model update, texture update or recolor. This is an entirely new model.


The only old part is the skeleton, but it's a crow. How many crow skeletons would you prefer they make, just to make it seem like less of a rehash to you? That's just wasting time.

You're right, it's more like the Firehawk, but with a blue coloring and lightning effects. Irregardless, this model doesn't appear unique compared to a lot of others that have come out in the last year and yet this is getting overwhelming praise. Why?

Technically the flight form works as a flying mount so that could be considered a "class mount".

Either way, I hope this works out something similar to the Raven Lord but isn't class exclusive like it was when it was first made available (the quest only available to druids). As much as I'd love it for my druid, I want it on my other characters too.

True, although my main is a Druid it would be more cool to have this on all my characters.

this model lands, all birds mounts based on Phoenix mount can't land. Its obvious the same model of the Druid fly form.

It looks like Anzu. Storm Crow are druid related. Do the math.

Looks like an Anzu/Druid Flight Form hybrid, maybe a Druid only quest similar to the Warlock quest for green fire?
It makes zero sense for this mount to drop from Garrosh unless there's some crazy ass lore pulled out to explain why Garrosh has a Storm Crow hanging around.

This would be a very sweet idea.. A Druid quest chain, and as epic as the one from BC... I'd be very pleased.
Otherwise, yes.... What's Garrosh to do with a storm crow?

Ah my bad, Still Druids of the Talon turn into Storm Crows, but I guess the Swift Flight form is a storm crow technically.
I still don't see this as a mount, but if it's a druid thing that let's players ride on the druid that would be awesome to turn into a giant ThunderBird like the ancient myths of the Native Americans. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thunderbird_(mythology)
