Essentially, they balance warriors rage around NOT using Charge every 12 seconds- a great warrior CAN learn how to maximize rage gains from charge and deal about 6% more dps, BUT it will require a significantly larger amount of skill then just standing and dpsing- failing the charge can result in a small dps loss of about 2-3 autoattacks.

So if you want to use charge no deadzone, you'll need Charge's rage generation removed.

I do have to say that, while removing Hunter's deadzone is an all-around GOOD thing, removing Hunter's reliance on mobility is NOT. Unlike every other class, the only way to stop a hunter from attacking you, period, is to CC him AND the pet. All other classes can be interupted or kited/outranged.

Seriously, Steady/Cobra shot should be interuptable at the very least, even if it only puts SS/CS on cooldown.
