Should money be account-wide?

I am currently running tell me when to track certain spells. However, I can't seem to get it to track my Lightning shield stacks or clear casting stacks. How do I get it to track these things? Is there a better addon thatll track them more easily?

I'd recommend Weak Auras. It's the most flexible and customizeable addon for tracking and displaying information, IMO.
That is not dead which can eternal lie.
And with strange aeons even death may die.

WeakAuras is the successor addon to PowerAuras.
