Since they have changed the 4 set and its now useful and with the new trinket that reduces all cd's by 39% 4 and that trinket and doc ferals are look very very good every single rip on the target u can stack tigers fury doc alone with rake also and get a free bite or savage roar after the dmg we output with the 4 set and trinket is crazy getting 150+k bleed ticks on rip the entire fight is crazy. the amount of energy we have in this tier is stupid never out of energy
