With the rock behind it, it's hard to tell its neck is partially disconnected. Just looks like a dark grey patch on the unicorn itself

That is an unequivocal signal that they are remaking the model of the unicorns, the racial mount and racial symbol of the High Elves! Alleria and her High Elves are close!
