Need help with Weakauras!

I am trying to get my belt's icon to appear at all times on my DK who is an eng. I want to have the icon there when it is ready for use and have the CD slightly like Blizz has their CDs for their items. (the clockwise dark fill with the number over it) I want this to happen with all my eng items but I have not been able to find anything that helps, thank you!

The only way I know to do that is to put in each item's icon individually for each of your engineering CD timers, and change said icons with every gear change. But I am admittedly a Weakauras noob.

The thing you are looking for should be Status -> Cooldown Progress (Item), though like omerto said it has to be done for every item.

If I remember correctly it would be a lot easier to configure and serves exactly the purpose of what you want to achieve with Weakauras...
