It is true, just look at youtube and you can see how it works.

Special ability is an AoE that damages for 5% Maximum HP every second, even bosses.

Probably their solution would be changing it from demon to elemental.

I think this is just a glitch. If I recall correctly, in the MoP beta, sha were classified as demons as well.

Doesn't even have to be blizzard reading the forums, which they do regardless. All it takes is 1 guy to report it, for blizzard to investigate it and to fix it.
