    Sooo...what happens with the Kokron?

There is endless discussion on who the next warchief will be, but whatever happens with them will set the stage for what kind of horde walks out of that ordeal. Before Garrosh, they were a branch of powerful and respected soldiers that worked for the warchief; now they are a part of untold crimes against fellow horde members. there was bound to be the threat of getting taken out themselves possibly quieting would-be dissenters, yet theres no questioning the brutality that blossomed up within their own ranks and officers there. So how will they be dealt with so that justice is done, without destabilizing a horde already reeling from such a great internal conflict?

I suppose it could just be reformed, most of the hardcore Kor'Kron won't be around after 5.4. I would like to see it made not Orc exclusive, and more of a direct mirror to the 7th Legion.

I'd like to see that. Elites of the Horde races. Orcs (Green/Mag'har/some Dragonmaw), Tauren, Taunka, Trolls (Darkspear/Revantusk), and maybe some Blood elves. I don't see too many goblins or Forsaken joining.

Don't see them doing anything to them they serve the Warchief's will w/e outcome it is to be. Be it fucking horrible / Being a douchebag to everyone else then so be it if anything they will just serve the next warchief.

    ''Just following orders'' Like Nazgrim

Maybe they fall victim to the Alliances army before the Horde could save them.

Hrm, according to WoWpedia, there are non-Orc Kor'kron ... three (one each belf/undead/tauren) you face in the Lion's Landing scenario. There is a named goblin and a named troll that are not listed as Kor'kron.

    Very intredasting ...

The Kor'kron is an organisation, they do as the Warchief tells them to, and as such they aren't even individuals. When Garrosh falls, there's nothing that prevents them from just obeying the orders of the next Warchief.

Most likely an error, since the Kor'kron (especially Garrosh's Kor'kron) are 100% orc.

it would be logical to dispatch of the high kor'kron and release the low-ranked "just following orders" soldiers since they didn't do anything wrong ...

the idea of having an non-exclusive "royal guard" like troop is convincing. pick one general of each race and put them in a council with only the warchief above them and let them lead the new Kor'kron as one...

i can see typicall Kor'kron orcs, tauren armed with tree trunks, blood elves in their red armor with tall shield and and and ...

Prob go on a recruitment drive to fill their loses...having different races being able to join would help build relations between the races as well.

You can find non-orc Kor'kron in Icecrown right before gun ship. However, all of Thrall's Kor'kron bodyguards were orcs.

Indeed, though Garrosh most likely fired them all.

That is absolute bullshit, first people suggest that the Warchief shouldn't be an Orc anymore and then they suggest that the Kor'kron shouldn't be Orc anymore. What's next? Might as well delete the entire race while at it. Or just let Thrall absorb the souls of all the remaining Orcs to become some kind of Orcish god. Yeah, I can see that happening with Blizzard's writing.

There were already non orcs among the Kor'kron in Wotlk, the orcs can keep their warchief title, if the dude becomes sole leader for the orcs and has no business in ordering the other races around.

I honestly don't see the organization surviving Garrosh's downfall. He expanded the Kor'kron into an entire army of loyalists, and given the way they've been behaving, I don't think any of the Horde is going to be too keen on reusing the name (sort of like how the Burning Blade and Twilight's Hammer clans have been stricken from orcish society). There will probably another organization equivalent to royal guards for the Warchief, I just don't see it bearing the same name.

Then, I see Garrosh's reign leaving a lot of political changes in the Horde in its wake.
Be seeing you guys on Bloodsail Buccaneers NA!

If you go to ICC you will see non orc kor'kron fighting the allies on the way to the airship

IMO Blizz is too lazy to dismantle the Kor'kron so it will be reformed in a crappy book you will never read and not given a second glance ingame

As for weither it should be stood down i think that it can be reformed to the great and glorious unit it once was and it should have a chance to redeemed themselves

Thrall will say "I've got it guys, nothing to see here". And both rebels and alliance will go home and all will be forgiven to kor'kron.
