Does faction change reset neutral Reps (i.e. Tillers/Shado Pan/August Celestials)?

just a simple question.

if i faction switch a character do i loose all my various reputation rewards from the neutral factions (Tillers, Shadow Pan, Golden Lotus, August Celestials etc.) and have to rebuild rep from scratch?

doesn't even change faction specific rep. It converts to the equivalent on your side. IE Dom offensive = shieldwall, stormwind = orgrimmar
