Depending on how that roles out that could fix it also. Under the current setting there are still several servers that struggle to or can't kill Oondasta due to lack or players or abundance of shitty ones. Having this gated by a item will make that even worse.

its a shame they made this change i liked the idea of a legendary only boss and yes i got my 5.3 cloak
