Sha of Fear Heroic and rest on normal?

Can Sha of Fear be done on heroic while other bosses will be killed on normal? Or you still have to clear whole hc?

Every last boss requires the entire instance to be cleared on heroic to spawn. If you clear on normal and switch the boss will not be there.

To be fair the rest shouldn't take that much longer than normal, if you expect that they will slow you down much then you are going to find sha fun.

Or I suppose it could just be that someone is saved and you want to use them.
