Human, the supreme race. Though you could pull some gimicks with a nelf. I'd go human just for the reliability.

depends. if you're healer i would go NE because shadowmeld takes you out of combat for a drink

I'd say Humans due to the racial; though the downside is that you're nigh guaranteed to look awful. Hopefully not the case after model updates.

Night Elf for rogue and druid. You get a double vanish. Sorry horde rogues/druids you don't get anything. Good luck with Wotf when you're getting roflstomped.
