Casino/Gambling in game.

I was wondering if anything bad can happen to a scammer in the Casino/Gambling circle. I played one of these Casino's that was posted on trade, and I lost a few gold. The player stated the rules and I played. But when I won one of he rolls, he didn't trade..... Instead he logged and took 10k. So will he be banned and the money returned or what? I could care less both ways, I'm just curious.

Technically I believe the casino things are against the rules, but I don't know if anything will happen. On the one hand, you willingly gave him the gold, but I do vaguely remember the casinos being against the rules during vanilla.
