Whats the current state of enhance and ele shaman patch 5,4?

2pc is clunky (should've been a self buff and not a debuff on your target)
4pc is good on paper, but it doesnt procc in reality (didnt encounter heavy AE situations in PTR testing so far, as people who're "testing" it by using CL on 4-5 dummies)

Ele might run into scaling problems once again. Haste and Mastery both have hard caps that are already getting exceeded with SoO trinket procs and ToT gear.

don't have other specs the same issue? fortunately haste and mastery can be run equal so you can minimize that one exceeds some cap by a large margin. big question is if blizzard still works on a way to make crit more interesting for ele so that we will have 3 valuable stats.

it was something a lot of shamans wished but it never was implemented

only positive about crit is that we have 250% crit damage
but lvb is always critting so it has no effect here
there was an idea of blizzard to let fs crit ticks cause lave surge instead of a fixed chance but it seems it got trashed
