    is theres any updates on epic gems on ptr or someplace else ?

    Probably not, epic gems just completely screw JCs out of the profession stat bonus, they'd have to buff JC gems to compensate, whiiiiich last time, they did not, so a lot of people dropped JC on any raiding/pvp toon since you got very minimal stat gains compared to any other profession.
