It's an unfinished model. They're not satisfied with the old orc model, so they're making a new one for him. Maybe unique, maybe what player orc models may look like.

Isn't it odd that MMO champ wasn't as fast as they are used to with the announcement of a new PTR build? Usually they have it on the front page before servers actually go down for maintenance...

They had this build up several days ago. Blizzard were just slow to apply it.
