So, I just want to try out 5,4 on the PTR, but I'm not Subed to the actual game. Now, it's only been three weeks since I unsubbed, and I read somewhere that Blizzard makes some kind of "lists" just before they start up the PTR to make sure that everyone that's subbed to the game actually can play the PTR.
I did still play and was still subbed when the PTR for 5.4 started, so my question is:
Can I play on the PTR if I haven't been subbed for the last 3 weeks?

I know that it used to be if you had gametime on a specific date before the ptr, not when ptr started

Yeah you can. I logged on PTR about 2 weeks ago and I didn't play WoW for 8 months.
