Tier 16 set bonus, missing details

Hi all,

I am in the process of updating simc with the 5.4 changes, but I do not have access to the full t16, so cannot do the set bonuses properly. It would be great if somebody can provide with me the info:

Can t16 4 piece proc for affliction when haunt gets refreshed? It the bonus can only refund a shard when it is falling off, it is really meh.

What buffs are procced for the two piece for Destro/Demo?

They are not mentioned in the spell data and I need at least the duration. Buff name or spell id from combat log would be even better.

I'm not sure about shard refund when haunt is clipped but I guess not. Also Demo 2pc bonus buff called Fiery Wrath, lasts 10 seconds. It is either this http://ptr.wowhead.com/spell=145085 or this http://ptr.wowhead.com/spell=146043. They have the same tooltip I guess player recieves one, pet recieves other.

Also 4pc Demo bonus casts a Chaos Wave when you are in metamorphosis, not sure if its intentional but it works like that, doesn't consume any fury or HoG charge.

Haven't played Destro at all on PTR, waiting for buffs/nerfs.

EDIT: 146043 triggered by 145085, so probably 145085 is the player one.
