the equivalent of current valor items will be farmable on timeless island. You need to get a hold on an epic reagent (like current pure mojo) from chests around the isle and use it on an armor token (just like tokens in Barrens ATM).

just sucks a bit for those ppl that isnt going to farm timeless island gear and would rather have gotten ilvl 553 gear from valor since there might not be anything to use your VP on for the first week or 2 and only having item upgrading to spend your VP on is ab it meh.
